Their music video entitled I AM THE BEST (내가 제일 잘 나가) which you can view here: Youtube - I Am The Best in its "all black glory" has become my inspiration for this look. I wasn't trying to look particularly like one of them though since it's all glossy and latex and all that I guess, but something chic and black fun might somehow look like it, I guess hehe.
KPOP has influenced me in so many ways too. The way I listen to music (which is mostly KPOP now indeed hehe); the way I dress up casually; the way I style myself; make up; party get up, etc.
While cosplay in itself as a hobby has helped me more, I must say Korean Fashion has been is one of the styles I follow and do most of the time. If you follow my blog, you'll see that one of my fashion resources is Asianvogue Shop and most of my outfits since way back then are from this shop ... or similar!
And this time around, when I'm not in my formal or corporate attire, during "casual mode", this is one of the ways I dress up - KPOP style!

In general, I love black because it makes me look slimmer. Haha! I am no longer that slim so I wear clothes that are in favor of my figure haha. Of course, it doesn't mean I have to sacrifice fashion and style, right? I guess many would agree. :)
To compensate, I chose black clothing with great prints and style like this one from Promod clothing. It's one of my old pieces of clothing (thankfully saved from the fire tragedy we had). It's a little sheer but still great to wear alone without inset as long as you use a fashionable lingerie. If you look at my first photo - you can see that it ain't really scandalous to wear it. Haha.
The top has some"abstract" silvery prints in front and I can't really decipher what that pattern is. LOL. Still, it looks pretty! I also love how it's loose enough and not long. I dig long tops! Do you? Long tops + long sleeves = LOVE! I want to get more of them. (^_^)
I paired it with what used to be called liquid leggings or simply; fake leather leggings / pleather leggings / leatherette. This is an old pair as well and I bought it in a trendy local store - RIOT. I dunno if they have any social media platforms hehe. I tried to look for it but none lah~ Oh well~Guess I'll pay 'em a visit more often.
The store has a lot of other street style clothing and a lot of in-trend designs. What's new in the market, they have it in the likely colors as well. What's good is, their items are not too costly too! Perfect for budget-conscious folks like me haha!
I had no other shoes in mind that time so I used my trusty platform wedges from CMG Philippines instead. It has those leather straps that adds "sexiness" to my big feet! I think it suits my leggings well anyway hehe.
What else can top this look than silvery accessories and just black & white hues; which can never go wrong anyway. The cutesy skull heart cross bone trademark of Tokidoki adds youth vibrant-feel from my otherwise dark outfit! Overall, pop style at it's cuteness! Made sense? Hope you like it. (^_^)
